Available for the Fall 2025 school season - August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 - Eight different rooms to rent in three fully renovated houses. Each house has three apartments. I have two bedroom apartments, three bedroom apartments and single rooms. Please reach out to secure your room for Fall 2025 school season.

I own three fully-renovated houses that are designed for St. John's University students only. Each house is divided into three apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom(s). There are single bedrooms available throughout these apartments. For all single bedrooms, you share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and other common areas of the house with other SJU students.

There are 2 bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom apartments and one 4-bedroom apartment. Each floor is independent of each other.

Some bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. One bedroom room has a private bathroom and a private entrance.

All three houses have a laundry room in the basement where these is a washer and dryer.

Not all rooms are pictured. All bedrooms and apartments are delivered clean.

All utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry usage are included. No other fees.

All single rooms allow for a full-size bed or bigger, depending on the room. Some rooms fit queen beds. The common areas of the apartments are either fully furnished or partly furnished. Your room will have a lock and key for your bedroom and apartment. Students can also enjoy the front porches and backyards.

Only undergraduate or graduate students that are enrolled at St. John's University live in the houses. The landlord does not live on the premises and no other adults or animals live in the houses.

The houses are located at the convenient location of 168th Street and Union Turnpike. Just two blocks from St. John's University. Adjacent to the best retail stores in the neighborhood including Dunkin Donuts, Double Jays Deli, Vinny's Pizza, 7-11, the Chinese Restaurant, Thai BBQ restaurant and the local supermarket.

Perfect location for St. John's students that want to be near campus and experience a college campus lifestyle by staying close to the school and the student population.

One block from the 168th Street bus stop. The Q46 bus takes you to the nearest subway station (Union Tpke-Kew Gardens) and into Manhattan. The bus stop also offers the QM5, QM6, QM7 and QM8 buses that bring you straight into either Midtown or Downtown Manhattan.

Utilities include: electric, heat, hot water, the fastest hi-speed wifi available (currently 600 mbps) and yard landscaping. All utilities are under my name. You do not have to put any utility account under your name.

Parking is available for no fee. Street parking is also plentiful.

I am the landlord. You will not have to pay a broker fee.
